Service Description
Lattix One is a smart park operations platform offering property services, building management, leasing, contract management, and more. The Starter plan is free forever for up to 10 users. Beyond that, user licenses are billed per user.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for any illegal purpose, attempt to compromise system security, abuse APIs, or publish unlawful or infringing content. Violations may result in account suspension.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but are not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, or scheduled maintenance. We will provide advance notice for planned maintenance.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights of the Lattix One platform and related technologies are owned by Lattix Ltd. Unauthorized copying, modification, decompilation, or distribution is prohibited.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
