When you register, we collect necessary personal information including your username, phone number (with country/region dial code, required at registration), and password; your email address is optional and can be linked after registration. In enterprise scenarios, we collect the company name. When you use the platform, we automatically log operational data to ensure service security and improve your experience. In the mobile app, with your consent, we also collect device identifiers and the device information required to receive push notifications, for account security and message delivery. After your separate consent to enable "Location Reporting" and granting of system location permission, the app collects your location when you enter the home screen, solely for nearby-neighbor discovery in "People Nearby"; you can turn off location reporting or withdraw consent in settings at any time.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information solely to provide and maintain Lattix One services, including account management, technical support, product improvement, and essential service notifications. We never use your data for unrelated purposes.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on globally accelerated cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade encryption. We employ industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we share it with third parties only to the extent necessary to deliver features, including but not limited to: JPush (Aurora Push, for app push notifications) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM, an Android vendor push channel), limited to the information required for push message delivery; AI service provider DeepSeek (api.deepseek.com, for AI assistant conversations, translation, content moderation, AI reports, and assisted classification in work-order/service-request intake, among others), limited to the input content necessary for the corresponding feature; Stripe (online payment processing); Azure Communication Services (verification-code and account-related emails); and photon.komoot.io (location reverse geocoding — receives coordinates only, to convert them into approximate place names, without identity information). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legitimate rights.
